What to include
- BOQ header — project, client, BOQ reference, date, rate basis (DSR/market).
- Item description — by trade/CSI — earthwork, concrete, masonry, finishes.
- Unit & Qty — measured quantity per item.
- Rate & Amount — amount = qty × rate, auto-calculated.
- Totals — sub-total, GST and grand total.
